SENATE BILL NO. 137 An Act exempting certain volunteer                         
emergency medical technicians and volunteer fire fighters from state           
wage and hour laws; and providing for an effective date was read               
the second time.                                                               
                                                                               
Senators Taylor, Pearce, Mackie moved and asked unanimous consent              
that they be shown as cosponsors on the bill.  Without objection, it

considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final            
passage.  Without objection, it was so ordered.
